wii fit has already helped me loose 4lbs. now i'm incorporating slimfast shakes, special k cereal and other healthy foods. i think the goal i have set on my wii is 20lbs by april so i've got about 15 or so lbs to go. i've worked out everyday for at least 30 minutes since i bought it 3 weeks ago. i had to buy a yoga mat for the running though bc we have concrete underneath our carpet and it was killing my knees. which speaking on running, i can still run a mile and a half in 10 minutes!! :) 5 years off the track team and i've still got it lol. we'll see how this little challenge i have for myself goes. i've been pretty optimistic about changing lately so i think its going to go well.
