Hey y'all
Been having a good week here with the fam in Virginia. Today we went for a personal tour of the capitol building and a trip to the International Spy Museum. The Capitol was wonderful! I've been twice previously, once when I was about 14 and then again about 4 years ago, but today was probably the coolest experience yet.
I have seen the Senate from above while in session. Today since Senate was not in session we were able to walk on the Senate floor. I was able to see the actual desks of Senators Hillary Clinton, Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein and Ted Kennedy among others. Honestly I only had time to survey the Democratic side before it was time to go.
