I'm currently in Krabi Town, Southern Thailand. I've just come back from five days lounging on the beach, snorkelling and whatnot. I also managed to throw myself off a motorcycle, so now I'm sporting some delicious grazes. I'm jumping on a bus to Hua Hin this afternoon, then on another bus to Bangkok the next day. Fourteen hour bus rides are not groovy, ok?
You know, there's not actually much to do on those beachy islands. You have to create your own dramas. And then all there is to do is write about them in your journal. So more comprehensive updates will be forthcoming, once I get my free wifi back in BKK.
But as I've just written to my parents: Despite my best efforts, I'm still alive. We'll wait to see if the partially hard-boiled egg from yesterday evening, eaten on the ferry this morning, has anything to contribute to this.
