(no subject)
K, it's been forever since I've posted on this thing. Does anyone even read it anymore? Doubtful, but oh well.
*I'm doing a triathlon. Yes, a triathlon. Swimming, biking and running all in the same race. Funny, since I was never an athlete in high school, or college, or ever. Dance is not the same. I'm starving all the freaking time, which is defeating the purpose of trying to drop my body fat percentage. I've definitely gotten a little thinner, and granted I've gained muscle, but I still could stand to lose a couple of pounds of fat. But if I starved myself and never ate carbs, I would seriously die. The race is in 18 days. I might die. But it would be nice if I don't.
*Brian moved to Switzerland. How random is that? Who the hell just up and moves to Switzerland? Apparently, Brian. He's supposed to be there for a year, though he honestly just might never come back and spend the rest of his life alone, riding the Alps and going to see the Tour de France every year. We had dinner before he left. It was nice. He said he missed me sometimes.
*Brian is, however, keeping a blog of his year in Geneva. I like his writing style - it's like mine. I think we had a lot more in common than he realized. I never got to see some very important parts of his personality - he never really shared that stuff.
*I am peeling from a very bad sunburn attained while on vacation to Virginia Beach and now I look like a leper. It's sad because now my tan is all blotchy. Guess when the itching and flaking subsides, I will have to go back out (coated in spf 15 so I don't completely fry) and even it out.
*No cute men. Anywhere. They're all taken. Or they're in Switzerland. And I've been looking. Cute guy I want to stalk has apparently never been seen with a girl, says my roommate. Just great...
