The weekend update...
So, we went out of town this weekend to some cabins with a group of friends. I was the one who organized a group of 15 of our friends. It was an adults only weekend, so we left the kids with my mother-in-law and took off for Blue Springs Ranch.
Now, Blue Springs Ranch is in Bourbon, Missouri. Here is a picture of the local water tower there. Is it just me, or does anyone else see the humor in this pic?
As far as how the weekend went, it definitely had it's ups and downs, but before I get into what happened, you need to read this old entry from 2004. It will provide some background that led to a sequence of events this weekend.
