Red Cross Volunteer?...Are you belittling me?

Well, I contacted the local Red Cross. Apparently, the St. Louis area is innodated with volunteers, but they took my application. I told them I was a special education teacher that specializes in illiteracy, in both children and adults. Surely, someone in the 180 families that were sent here would benefit from some tutoring.
