the only surgery i had was my wisdom teeth being removed in May of 2004

9 when i get my ears pierced, 15 when i did my eyebrow and my lip (yes i had my eyebrow and lip pierced for a good 2 years, good luck trying to remember that. I still have the hole in my eyebrow)
