journey was umm awesome. but it was all Jesus, so how could it not be awesome!? Totus Tuus!!!! Fr. Luke is basically the bomb-diggity! Fr. Bob's Eucharist talk was umm AWESOME as usual. Adoration... it was Adoration, how could that not be awesome!? Jesus in all His wonder & Glory, alive and well with us, physically present in the Eucharist. SOoo beautiful, what an awesome God that we have you guys!!!! The Deacon's talk on "Who is Jesus Christ?" was sooo awesome! Weird fact: I had Sister Kathleen for a small gorup leader again... and I slept in the same exact room i slept in last year. That was just a little weird! John, Meaghan and Eric's testimonies and the two postulant's testimonies (and that other guy's name that starts with a B that i don't remember!) were really wonderful. I gave one on Uncle Rod/Uncle Phil last year and how we need to learn how to trust in the Lord and just give our lives over to Him and just know that He has a perfect plan for us! :-D mmm, Rosary and Fr. Terry's discernment of His vocation were wonderful. I then ate lunch with a postulant for the sisters of the fransiscan renewal. she answered a LOT of my questions and was just really really awesome! Uh the "I will not reject anyone who comes to Me" talk had nothing to do with that, but it was still good i guess. Sister Claire's talk on the "Call to Holiness" was really good! Mass was of course really awesome. How wonderful is our Lord that He comes to us in the Eucharist: body, blood, soul and divinity!!!! Then... vocation's dinner. Oh my goshhhhh i fell out of my chair, laughing. Apple juice almost came out my nose. But I spit it out instead. John & Jerry (and Tommy) and Phil had me laaaaaughinggggggg. Then I was telling silly stories. I love my future Priests, John & Phil and future Deacon, Jerry! Then the actual vocations talk with all the sisters. THye're awesome. Sister Mary Rose of the Daughters of Mary for the healing of Children (i think that's what it's called? there are only like 4 of them total!!) runs atleast 5k a day with her sisters & the kids they take in! haha SOOO AWESOME!! I got this huge packet that is seriously probably 5 pounds with a bunch of information from different orders in it. Then i talked to Magsy Colford during Fr. Terry's talk on reconciliation. i'm really bummed that i didn't get to hear it all. just bits & pieces here and there. but i had just come from the vocation's meeting and she's like "mj, if you could just see yourself right now! you are absolutely glowing! you seriously look lik eyou just met the man of your dreams!" i'm like ''uhhh i did! :-D" Aww Yay for Jesus!!!!!!! Then adorationnn & the procession. This was the first time I did not BAWL during adoration! A few tears here and there, but for the most part, just absolute peace. Which is what I was looking for, because someone once told me that when you feel true peace, you know you and God have reached a consensus! Sweet deal! This morning, oh my goodness, Fr. Luke's talk: "Mary, Star of Evangelization" was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Greatest comeback for "Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior?" : "I have! And how about you!? Have you accepted Mary, His mother, your mother and greatest intercessor!?" ahahahaha i LOVE it! and St. Therese of Lisieux! The little monkey! my goodness, that is sooo cool!!!!the bananas instead of the roses! sooo awesome! International rosary = sweet deal! Benediction, awesome as always! Crowning of Mary: beautifulllllllll! MASS = AWESOME! Testomines = wonderful! Closing = sad. Such a great great great weekend. What a blessing! God bless you all!
Peace and love in Christ,
mj
