I've come to a decision about the future of the Blue Rogues, guys. I'm not suited to be the Captain, so I found someone else to be our leader, but I can't make him leader unless you guys approve. We're all in this together, right?
His name's Adell. The guy with flaming red hair and a big tie. I'm sure most of you already know him. He's always working hard to keep things safe and peaceful here in the village, so I knew he would be perfect. But you guys deserve a say in this.

Upon discovering this, Stahn proceeded to do what any sensible person would do; stare up at the sky like a turkey, mouth agape.
