Srsly. Just look at it.
That is the USS Edmund Fitzgerald a Federation freighter (apparently). It's made using the 1/1000 scale "Polar Lights" Enterprise model and a conversion kit you can buy at a rather marvellous starship modelling website called, unsurprisingly, "Starship Modeler"

It's an insane design, but I could so see it appearing in the Original Series of Trek. Hardly a freighter though, I'd say the stack of circular decks are for passengers, the main hull holding crew quarters, four large shuttlebays and a host of smaller cargo holds and two bulk cargo holds below. It's more a colony ship than a freighter IMHO.
It's mad as a box of frogs but I love it. Alas that it is 1- Only available in the USA, 2- Out of stock anyway and 3- Requires the aforementioned 1/1000 scale Enterprise model.
