I hate these days....
Today is one of those days again!! I had one lady booking for a conference room who was literally calling at the last minute!
"but i need to send out all the information by tomorrow!"
"I'm sorry ma'am but you need to phone before 3pm to talk to one of the ladies in charge of the conference room and catering unfortunately they have gone home for the day, best thing I can do is make sure your name is written down to reserve the date and take down all your catering requests and pass it on so they will be ready for your phone call and be organized"
LOL she mumbled something about her calling at the last minute to rush, I couldn't quite make it out but just to get the point across that she's a bumbling idiot i said
"i'm sorry did you just say you phoned us at the last minute to rush us?"
LMAO oh it twas too fun! who in their right mind is that disorganized, apparently she's leaving tomorrow to go to South America and she will not have a phone or computer access. WTF!, I wish i recorded the conversation it lasted over 20 minutes and it was nothing but her going back and forth and getting nothing accomplished!
(insert caveman voice) "I not catering, u phone during regular business hours!"
Also had another lady come in (ya right out of Dolly Partons closet) explain her life in a nut shell from living here, having a music thing with the restaurant when i was just a lil babe and moving to nashville! and then ask for a group rate. tmi (plus with a line up of people behind her)(queen country)
I feel really bad of course but today is a TMI DAY! And non stop dumb people!
Get your shit together and your facts straight, know that there will be no discounts for your stupidity and I may have the ability to smart ass you mid conversation because your being so stupid!
I've only been here for 1 1/2 hours, come on pace yourselves for my sake!
