Seeking the truth...
Everyone I'm sure is well aware of the economic state of the USA right now.
What I'd love to know is what the economic state of my hotel chain is....
We're on a Cap-Ex freeze (Capital Expediture) and one "position" has been eliminated.
(We were on a hiring freeze, but that I think has turned into a "No more full time positions" position)
And rumors abound on the Wall Street Journal and Reuters....
And the politically correct statement given to the press was:
"Extended Stay Hotels had no discussions or interaction with the Wall Street Journal on Today's Story (January 8th)
The company remains in compliance with all of its debt terms. It is profitable on an operating basis, is current with it's vendors
and intends to remain so. The business model remains a viable one, and we expect to continue to improve and grow the business."
