He does make a (to me) very sad comment about how when he was first on the show, he went to the message board and was shocked at how completely he was raked through the coals back then.

Ah, man. Every acting school should include a class in fandom. Dear aspiring actors: whether you are male or female, if you are brought in to mess with a particular canon (or even fanon) pairing, you will be raked over the coals, regardless of the quality of your acting. Additionally, if you are a woman, you will be raked over the coals by: anyone who ships the canon pairing you are a part of, if you are ever less than 100% enthusiastic about it; the people who don't ship that canon pairing, if you are ever positive about it or even if the show seems to be going that way; everyone who hates strong female characters in traditionally male roles, etc, regardless of the quality of your acting.

Bleh. Trucco may have had a few weak moments at the beginning (who doesn't) but I thought he knocked it out of the park in The Farm. And now he's got the character down pat.

He also says that he takes it as a great compliment that his role keeps expanding, and that he gets to be included in a cast with people like Eddie, Michael Hogan, Mary and Katee. :D

Aw, he's such a class act! And it totally is a great compliment. When you consider there were three times when he was supposed to die/leave the show, and every time they rewrote things to keep him, that's pretty amazing. <3

He did also make a crack about remembering to never read your reviews.

And he changed the subject to how well he gets along with the cast, and how well he fits in with them. And he made reference to motorcycle riding with Katee and Tricia.

And also, he loves to use the phrase, "Right on". ::giggle::
