School Schedule
So this semester I'm only taking 3 classes. But I think I'll be plenty busy. I think this is also my most diverse semester as far as classes go.
EDF 6481 Fundamentals of Graduate Research in Education - Mondays 6-9
LAE 6616 Trends in Language Arts Education - Online
MHS 6403 Techniques in Play Therapy and Expressive Art - 5 Saturdays 8:30-4:30
I like my research professor. He has a lot of experience and seems interesting.
Maybe I'll get to pretend to be a therapist in my play therapy class. I'm not overly thrilled with the time slot so it had better be an exciting class. If I'm being lectured to that whole time I won't get much out of the class. Too much sitting. I just hope this class doesn't go over my head. I at least have some psychology and clinical type classes under my belt..as well as developmental classes.
Technically, I only needed to take the research class to graduate but I wanted to take as many classes as possible and my advisor suggested taking more Language Arts classes.
I gave up with trying to switch my research class and take Applied Linguistics in ESOL. I think I'll be busy enough as it is.
I'm just glad to get it all worked out.
