Spaderiffic!
There's this chore in law school called spading. You have to do it if you're a member editor on a journal. It's really not bad most of the time, you just double check the author of the article you're editing quoted something correctly and cited it correctly. Not a huge deal, just boring.
And then every now and then you get the complicated problem. For example someone quotes three different quotes in one sentence. And say that those three different quotes were from one case, but that case was citing three other cases. And then suppose that one of them doesn't exist, at least as cited. I'm stopping there, because unless someone reading this is an editor, I've already lost you all. Suffice it to say, it gets even worse.
Guess what I have to do.
In other news, I met my Japanese girl today for EPI, and I really like her. And I REALLY need to practice my Japanese more. We are having dinner and going to see Mamma Mia on Friday. I'm excited. I'm also dragging the boy. She's hot, he'll deal.
Also, I really need to take the GMAT. I keep putting it off because I'm scared. But I'm going to have to buck up. Math. I fail at math.
