My apartment complex is trying to screw me over. They don't know that I found out that the lease we signed with them is illegal by statute. So I've got to go print out some laws and then see about getting out of the fess that they want us to pay if we leave early....which are double what is allowed by law.

This is the all of the second time being a law student actually ended up being an advantage, rather than a disadvantage.
