(no subject)
So I never thought that I would be happy about a C, but my report card came today and woohoo a C on my physics midterm, not the D that I thought was coming! So yeah, I am quite the dumbass in that class, but that means I got a B for the first half, which feels quite nice actually. I hate physics so much, and whether I study a lot of a little, I always manage to screw stuff up. It's just not my thing. But yeah, besides that the grades are fine, the A's and H's to make the parents proud. Which, at this point, I think the grades mean more to them. I wanted a good first half of the year, since Northwestern and Vanderbilt want half year reports, but now it's not a big deal. Cause I'm not quite gonna be valedictorian or anything anyhow, I don't think. And who wants to give a speech anyways? Not I.
I might get to go to Texas for spring break! I don't think my dad likes the idea...but Alison's parents are renting a condo in South Padre Island, and Al and Halle and prolly Katie are all going, and I think it would be lots of fun. I just am a little unsure cause it's semi expensive to go, with the plane ride and all...and I should prolly save the money for something practical, such as when I am a starving college student.
