Photography coolness
Anna and I were planning to go to the "Rak 'n' Roll" show last night to support some of our friends in the dancing community and I was planning to take some photos because that's what I do... but when we checked Anna's e-mail there was a message from Mayada (the organizer) Asking if I could fill in for Paul (her regular photog) as he was in the hospital. She offered admission and drinks.. of course I accepted.
Today we went to the studio for Anna's Brazilian dance class and I dropped off the photo of her @ Gypsy Co-op from the previous sunday and the photos from last night and I got the most glowing review and promotion in front of all the girls who were there for dance class... several asked for the adress of my photoblog, and Mayada asked if I was going to go into the photography business.
It was very nice to get that kind of feedback. I hope that this will get me a few comments posted on my photoblog. I've added links to the dancer's sites where my photos have been used. I'm hoping to get a few more links added to that list in the near future. There's at least one more coming as I have yet to add some of my own photos to Anna's site.
