I don't think any of the things listed in other tidbits make you particularly nerdy, and you'll probably get a fair amount of people saying that you are more of a geek (which is apparently, a subset of nerd devoted to more technical/gaming pursuits) but you do get a big thumbs up for AD&D
As for your nerd qualifications.. I do infrastructure architecture for a living, as such I've read more than my fair share of white papers and RFCs, they can be more than a little dry; anybody who reads 70 some-odd blogs discussing web standards definitely has a passion for understanding, and that is one (if not THE) core nerd trait.
True, I AM more of a geek than a nerd. But a friend of mine is in here and on top of that I didn't know of the The_Hot_Geeks community until after I made this application.
Maybe I should apply to the hot geeks as well? Eh, let's see how this goes, first :)
Oh, I forgot one terribly nerdy thing in my application! *goes edit it*
Your core interests do seem to be "geeky," but you've really dedicated yourself to your passions -- you don't just play video games, you review them, and you don't just mess around with your website, you dedicate a lot of time to learning the newest tools of the trade. To me that makes you a hot nerd. Welcome. :)
