(no subject)

So I am rather bored of my hair and pinkcyanide triggered the thought of teal (or red). I was thinking teal on the underside of my hair. But I have doubts because I haven't colored my hair before or anything.
Then on the other hand I also want to cut my hair, but my hair is so fine that it has no volume what-so-ever.
The bottom line is that i need advice or something.
