Charles Felu
Charles Felu was born in 1830. He was an artist who belonged to the Academy of Antwerp. For a period of time he was quite popular for his portraiture, even having an exclusive knighthood bestowed upon him by the Queen of Spain after she witnessed him painting.
Because he had no arms.
He was still rather handsome, though.
