Easy Deviled Eggs
Since I made them yesterday, and I think this is the easiest thing to make, thought I'd share.
12 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Heaping Tablespoon Miracle Whip
3 teaspoons of Mustard (variable depending on your tastes)
1 Heaping teaspoon Relish (your choice, but I use dill)
Paprika (optional)
I usually make 20 halves, saving 4 halves for salads. It makes for more heaped up & pretty eggs.
And the mixture is to taste. Experiment to your liking.
Shell and halve the eggs, put yolks in a bowl.
Arrange whites on plate, serving dish, random object, your choice. ;)
Smash yolks with a fork.
Add other ingredients, adding more or less depending on taste.
Put yellow stuff in a ziploc bag (you could use a pastry bag if you were looking for presentation) and cut off a little bit of tip (enough that relish will pass through).
Fill egg white halves.
Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
And of course if you've used easter eggs that had dye bleed through, you'll have polka dotted eggs as well. :)
