[so Tamaki is just chilling in the third music room. The girls are gone, as are most of the hosts. Tamaki is humming to himself as he cleans up after the kotatsu social. The music room is filled with about a half a dozen kotatsus, still littered with Ginori tea sets and half eaten cake.
