How does anyone eat that much?

I'm down a pound since yesterday. My jump must have been just normal. Glad I didn't fret over it. I felt like all I did was eat yesterday!

slammed a protein shake after my workout. had a half cup cottage cheese and honey. lunch was a chicken patty sandwich in a whole wheat bun with mayo and two cups of veggies. snack was a serving and a half of almonds. dinner was another chicken patty with mayo and a baked patato with Ranch. And a cup of peas. Then half of a Hershey bar that my husband surprised me with.  And I was still under calories! I don't know how I ate all that I used to!

My pec's and tri's are sore. Today I did back and bi, which is my favorite! It didn't take long.

Today's goal is to stay macro focused, not calorie focused.

Today two of my children have an orthodontic appointment. I will probably have to walk. It's mostly downhill so I'll bundle the kids since it's chilly. husband will pick me up. I'll call it cardio Lol not sure if I will use the sling or the back pack for the baby. really get a good back work out in Lol

remember when the fish tank leaked?  It Now smells foul in my living room from the water. Ugh. And I have a birthday party Saturday. better light some candles. Can't believe my baby girl will be double digits!  She's growing up so fast.

Today's devotional with the boys was more for me I think. It was Palm 91, and talked about what we are worth to God. I really enjoyed it.
