My weight is down 1.5 since yesterday. I must be getting rid of the salt bloat.
going on our date tonight. I ate a quarter cup of cottage cheese with a teaspoon of honey for breakfast. Then I walked/jogged 4 miles. came home and ate another quarter cup of cottage cheese with a treason of honey, 1/2 banana and 8 grapes. I will only eat 1/2 my dinner. That's what my husband and I do. Then eat it the next day. between the calories I saves for breakfast and lunch, plus my walk, that should "pay" for the wine and coffee or frozen yogurt he has planned. If I do go over it will only be by a few hundred calories.
My husband is going to talk with his boss about going in late two days in a row. He doesn't want his sister watching all five kids. idc if she does.
I'm off to get ready of my date. Not sure what I'm wearing. skinny jeans and heals. toss up between 4 shirts. And I found a YouTube video on how to do wavy hair with a flat iron. may do that....
