"It's not first kiss, though that often begins the whole thing." Urd stepped back and put her hands upon her hips and stared intently at Tamaki. Either he was just like Keiichi, or he was playing a very mean game... which she would compliment him on if that is the case.
Reaching out, Urd grasped one of Tamaki's hands and planted it squarely upon her right breast. "You've never been intimate with someone before. All the way. That's what it means."
Tamaki went rigid and stayed absolutely still for several moments. It seemed like he had even forgotten to breathe.
Then he jerked away and was half way across the room in seconds. "I...I CAN'T!" He squeaked, bright red, his usual gentleman composure flying out the window.
Urd began to show signs of her frustration. Static in the room began to build as Urd marched closer to where Tamaki had suddenly moved to. "Why not? Is there something wrong with the way I look?"
"Ah, no! No, of course not!" Tamaki said, looking panicked, but honest. "But I could never do that to a mademoiselle! I appreciate their beauty and for them to show themselves as their most beautiful, it should only be with someone they truly love and who truly loves them! And while you are a beautiful and wonderful woman, I am...not in love with you and I could not shame you in such a way." Tamaki said, calming down as he spoke, his words sincere.
And he didn't seem to have really noticed the static yet.
Urd was anything but calm. Her left eye was twitching, and her hands were balled up in fists. She was trying to restrain herself, reminding herself of all the reasons not to get angry at the moment. It was a losing battle.
Moving quickly, she flew forward and slammed her palms against the wall on either side of Tamaki's head, as her feet returned to the ground. She was breathing heavily, obviously unhappy. Urd stared. "You're just like him."
Did the mademoiselle just...fly? No, surely a trick of the light from the sudden worry about those palms slamming against the wall. Urd could be quite intimidating.
Tamaki smiled at her charmingly. "It is only the truth I believe in, Mademoiselle Urd. I love women and I love to see them happy, but I could never make something that should be special not so because I wasn't in love with them. I'm sorry I've upset you, but I couldn't do that to you, even if this curse would turn me into a full blown feline."
As Urd continues to breathe deeply, the static in the room began to make the speakers overhead generate white noise. The goddess pushed herself away from the wall, turned around, and crossed her arms, her back to Tamaki.
Awkwardly, Urd laughed. "So you've passed my little test. Well done. Tamaki Tono." If only he could see her from the front, she was quite disgruntled. "Perhaps you should go now, before temptation gets the best of you."
Tamaki paused, studying her back a moment before he smiled a bit sadly. "I did not mean to upset you, mademoiselle. You are a beautiful woman and you have a kind personality. I just do not wish to have done anything towards you that might be considered shameful." He said. He was very sincere in his words. He never liked upsetting women.
Though he did start to wonder why the speakers were making such noise.
The white-haired goddess slowly turned her head just enough to glance back at Tamaki. Just that brief exposure likely gave him enough of a view to notice she was scowling. Shame... she didn't care about those type things.
"Nothing is shameful if everyone has fun." She mumbled, the static from above dwindling down to an inaudible level for the moment. "I just wanted to have a little fun, and see what happened to those ears. Why are you still here?'
"There are a lot of risks in sex, are there not? Even if it's fun and a woman is at their most beautiful, to take that risk, I would hate to have to take responsibility that would force the woman away from finding their true love." Tamaki said. He could never make a woman sad like that.
He stepped forward, taking her hand gently into his own. "I did not wish to upset you, mademoiselle. You have your own choices, and that I cannot stop you from acting out, but I can at least be sure my actions will not cause you harm."
