Hi there. I have been going through hell trying to stay in my rental house. And now we're doomed!
My story:
Once upon a time, there was a happy, optimistic, teenage girl that lived in Olympia, who had a handful of great friends, large number of strange, yet interesting acquaintances, many adventures, and no serious responsibilities except to help her friends from time to time, and loved every moment of it. One day, she had to move to a horrifying place called Centralia........and slowly went crazy.........weight gain........depression.......anxiety.........PTSD.......diagnosed.....drugged up on head pills...........with little income......and no jobs.
This, my friend, is my downward spiral (Lol! <3 the NIN!)........

Ok, haha! I'm such a dork....moving on....

THE MOVE:
My grandmother, boyfriend, and I (2 kitties too!) have been living in a terrible, depressing, wasteland called Centralia, WA for 6 years. Circumstances (like financial) made me stuck there.
My boyfriend used to work at Pizza Hut in Edmonds, WA, so he called them for employment, and then we came in and he (James) hired us both.
The draw back of this was that we had to drive 2.3 hours there, and 2.3 hours back. That was using a lot of gas, so we looked for places to move to near our work.

THE AGREEMENT:
So, one day, my boss said that I could move into his expensive $1300 + utilities a month house. He said that he would raise our hours, and that I would only need one room mate to keep us staying afloat. He also said that if we fixed the place up, he would take off $600 off the first month's rent.
Now, mind you that we came from a much poorer area and we were used to bills being dirt cheap, so we thought we could survive there. We really did, and the stupid thing that we did, is not do more research about bills first (still kicking myself about it, believe me!) But, we were so depressed at the cesspool, and so excited about the other place, that we moved right in.

ROOM MATES FROM HELL:

SHORT EPISODE EVIL GIRL #1:
Part of story. No contract was made.
Evil girl #1 (29), Friend of 10 years. Freaked me out about her living situation. I wanted her here! Kept me waiting for her arrival from CA. Never called back, never said anything to me anymore. Totally flaked on me.
(So-called) Friend Loss #1.

EPISODE EVIL GIRL #2:
(I had no contract with this person. This is just part of the horrific story.)
So, I had asked my friend (not any more!), evil girl #2 (25), to move in with me, and she offered to pay $400 a month (money from her mother) for the big room downstairs. She had a serious sob story, and, even though I didn't know her extreemly that well, I knew that my best friend liked her very much and I had some things in common with her.
When she moved in, she would play her media VERY loud to where people can hear it from the front door, and her room was far away, she would be extremely rude to my grandmother. She even let my grandmother almost choke to death on food saying "Let the old bag choke" or something like that, (I wasn't there) and my other room mate that was there had to help her instead. She hated disabled and old people, and she turned out to be a complete sociopath! She also would be hundreds short for rent!
So.....out she went.
(so-called) Friend Loss #2

MEANWHILE:
James never raised my hours to the 30+ hours a week that he promised....he lowered them to 11 hours a week.

EPISODE HEATHER:
I feel like such a moron for not giving this girl a contract to sign!!! But, some of this does not sound legal!:
Her (18), and her mother came over to look at the cheaper upstairs room. She wanted it, and they seemed really cool. Her mother and I had a verbal agreement that she would pay for her daughter's rent every month. Heather was a seductress in a way. She had really HUGE boobs, and she would give my boyfriend and I lap dances. My boyfriend liked her so much that he let her use one of his computers and a small tv. I thought she was the best, funnest room mate ever! When Raven moved out, her mother egged her on to get the huge downstairs room before anybody else snatched it up. This was the most expensive room of the house. Heather told me that her mother was going to help her with the extra rental costs, but not even two days go by after she moved down there, when she said that her mother was not going to help her pay rent any more. I was really sad about this, because I really, really liked her. She would get side jobs, but only pay small amounts. The first month she moved down there, she only paid $300. The next month, $90. Then finally, the next, $0. She would always talk about waiting for some check that would arrive, from different people, but never gave me anything. Then, I helped her mother move, and she offered me money for that, but, I didn't care too much about that. On that day, her mother offered me her exercise machine for her back pay ($410), and that it was worth $400. I told her that I liked the idea, but I have to talk it over with everyone else in the house. Days later, I told Heather that I couldn't accept the offer, because it wasn't fair for everyone else in the house and that we needed the money. The 13th of July rolls around, and my boyfriend and I were fed up. We went downstairs, and said that she needs to pay us the $810 that she owes us, to the least $400, or get out. She then had an attitude, swaying her head side to side, like the ghetto brat that she is, and said something like: "Well, legally, I have squatter's rights, and legally, I can stay here for 30 days, and legally, that exercise machine is yours, and I don't owe you shit!"
My boyfriend got angry and yelled (the ONLY time that he yelled at her) "Well, if you are going to stay here, I am going to make your life a boring hell, and take MY computer, and MY tv back!", and he ripped his computer and tv out of the wall. I swear! That is the only abrasive things he ever did to her. She then called her mom and the cops, saying that we were "throwing shit". We threw nothing. The cops then came, searched everyone's rooms, helped her take some of her stuff, and they left. That night, someone supposedly got into the computer she was using when she lived here, and changed her (apparently) myspace/email passwords. And I heard it......the next day, her mom came over, in my face threatening to sue us for violence, theft, and other ridiculous things like "Her room was used as a gym because there was exercise machines in there, and she shouldn't have to pay full rent because it was a "public" gym.", when really, she wanted the machines in there, and wanted us to exercise with her. She also threatened to sue my boyfriend (because he is a nerd) for being a hacker (because she thinks he changed her passwords) and said that he could go to prison for YEARS! She said something like she found our IP address from help with Google, going straight to our house, or something. IT'S TIME FOR QUESTION #1:
Can she really find that out?
Well, anyway, "sue" was like every other word that came out of her filthy mouth, and I got scared, and texted Heather and said that she can just take the rest of her crap and leave and she wouldn't owe me anything as long as they left us alone. They came, took their crap, INCLUDING the exercise machine, and left for good. Very traumatic, indeed!
(so-called)Friend Loss #3

EPISODE TINA A ( I put the last initial because I have a great friend named Tina that is not her.):
I was fed up, so a CONTRACT WAS MADE in this episode.
I had a friend that I knew for 13 years, Tina A (30). She has been morbidly obese her whole life. At 500 lbs, she ended up going to a nursing home in Centralia, back when I lived there. She would always tell me that I was the only person that she has. Her only friend. Her best friend. She would tell me that no one would help her, and that her mother, which lived not too far away, would not even help her and tell me horror stories like her mother taking her dog to the pound, her yelling at Tina when she needed help, and just not helping period. So, I would visit her all the time, and take her places, and buy her things, and run errands for her. Heck, I even took her to the fair in an old school wheelchair, and had to push her 500 lb butt up steep hills, almost killing my back, and almost getting myself run over by her chair! When ever she didn't get what she wanted, she had this horrible, whiny, voice. It was just terrible, but I felt bad for her, and wanted to help her anyway. Well, long story short, she moved out of there, lost 250 lbs, and months later, needed a place to stay. And I really needed a room mate because Heather screwed me over and left.
I was so happy that she lost so much weight, and so excited to see her. And she came up to visit. We made a contract together that we all thought was fair, and she was going to move in by the end of July. (DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACT IMPORTANT FOR FUTURE QUESTION )
Before you read on, I shall now discuss the contract.
In the contract, she had initialed everything and signed and dated the contract. I signed and dated it, and so did my boyfriend, as a witness.
It was dated on July 20th. In the contract, she agreed to pay $500 on the 5th of every month. She also agreed that if she cannot pay rent or if she has to leave, then she would give me 21 days notice so I can find someone else. So, the end of the month goes by, and I hear nothing from her, so, I texted and called her and asked when she was moving up, and later I hear that she was doing some under the table work for money for the move. Then the 4th of August rolls by, and I left her a voice message wondering what was going on, and if her payee was going to send the money yet. She then told me that her payee will contact me very soon....and never did. The 10th rolls around and I was freaking out! I left her a message pleading for her reply, crying, scared that I was going to be kicked out and lose my job because it was my bosses' house. Telling her that we were all going to be homeless because I didn't have enough time to find someone else, and asking to please move in soon and help us!
No reply.
And there never was a reply from her since.
I then franticly tried and tried to look for someone else, but never found anybody...even on craigslist!
(so-called) Friend Loss #4
MEANWHILE:
I went to work, panicking, scared to death of what James (the boss) was going to say. Scared that he was going to yell at me like he has before. I remember one day I went up to him and said "James, can I...." and he would scream on top of his lungs in my face "NO NO NOOOOOO!!! YOU DO THE BREADSTICKS!!!! YOU DO THE FUCKING BREEEEEEAAAAADSTIIIIIIIICKS!!! AHHHH AAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!" and he banged things around, and had water jugs (to use for the steam food warmer) in his hand and flailing water in my face. QUESTION # 2:
Is it legal for my boss to hire me, have me call some number about disabilities (I think Pizza Hut gets tax breaks for hiring people with disabilities or something, not sure what that was) so he obviously, and definatly new that I have mental disabilities, for him to scream in my face and cause me to have panic attacks, and freak me out? Is that legal? It sounds like abuse! And there are witnesses for that, but they probably don't want to lose their jobs so they won't say anything.

So, anyway, I go into work, and during smoke break, I asked him if I just left, would he sue me. And he said with a smile, "I'm not going to sue you. Mike (the landlord that he hired) is going to sue you! Hahahahaha!". Yes. He really laughed. Later that night, he put my work schedule with a pile of food that he gave me. I didn't look at it until I sat down to eat. I looked at it, and it showed that he lowered my hours even MORE to 2 hours a week, right around the time that I couldn't pay all of the rent....all because of TINA!

ROAD TO HOMELESSNESS:
So, the next day, I am freaking out....actually, I have been having panic attacks and freaking out for about 3 1/2 weeks now, and Mike, (the landlord), leaves a message saying that the owners (James and his son), wants him to serve us eviction papers asking me for the $500 that I owe, and about $500 for some water bill (that later on turned out to be a duplicate bill, because we have been paying it). So, all freaked out, I called the landlord, and asked that if he just lets us move out by the end of the month, and we pay the water bill, that he will not give us eviction papers, and not take us to court for anything. So, right now, I am just continuously freaking out, I think I have ulcers from stress, wanting to vomit every day, crying, wanting to die. I'll have no where else to go........me, my grandmother, my 2 wonderful cats (one is 17 years old), my boyfriend, and the one room mate that has always been reliable (didn't mention her in this because she did not screw me over...she's awesome!), will have no where to go and only 11 days to move out.And we don't. So, I think I have been wronged, so, QUESTION #3:
Can I take Tina to court, and sue her for the $500 that she promised, plus pain and suffering, and for moving expenses? What about any of these other scum? I am fed up....and I will not be pushed around like this any more. My 86 year old grandma is going to be on the street, as well as everybody, and I cannot go back to that job, because James is there.....which leads us to....*drum roll*....QUESTION #4:
If I quit my job after working there for 9 months, and have worked 800+ hours total there, and have a VERY good reason to quit like what you have read above, can I get unemployment?

There.
There is my long horrific story.
Can anybody please help me with some advice? Legal advice, perhaps?
Thank you.
~hugs~

Oh! And I missed putting this down too:
My boyfriend was fired at Pizza Hut because of his disability (social anxiety), and I was written up because of my disability (missed a day because I was having a panic attack). AND they KNOW we are mentally disabled! Because they had us call, in the store, those disability people......QUESTION #5:
Does anybody know who those people might be?
Alright.
And thank you for anyone that can help me with this.
