I need to stop smoking. Weed in general but cigarettes mainly. I keep holding on to it because at work it passes time on my breaks and I don't eat. it's getting to the point where I nearly smoke a pack a day again.
I need to get back to the gym. Im scared to though I keep thinking I'll gain muscle and not slim down. I'll get a personal trainer I just need to sort out a diet. And be strict !! No more junk at all.
