Squiby and ranting
Hello there! I'm sending you greetings from a place that has absolutely no internet access!
I'm at my grannies place taking care of her because a bunch of things happened, my gran ain't as perky as she once was and for a while I need to stay at her place and help her out with daily stuff. The time here flows very slowly, s' been over a week by now and it slowly drives me crazy.
Luckily a few days ago I discovered that I can use my phone as a modem and connect to the internet though it - it's a freaking expensive way to gain access but to hell with it - I'm more than willing to pay then being cut off from the world. Right now I probably have something like 80MB of transfer left.
Squiby! It's a silly page for kiddos with too much time and nothing better to do than click stupid virtual pets. But! The trick is that you can create your own squibs as in draw them yourself and let people adopt them.
I used to be around that page a lot last summer and it was pretty useful in my case - I've leaned the basics about html and CSS - still a lot to learn but at least it's a start
Another wonderful thing about Squiby is that you might be able to meet great artist there - I did, two of them ♥
