Gate 7 first scans
A Japanese blogger has posted a few scans of the new Gate 7 oneshot. This is the first look we are getting of this brand new series.

First impressions
First of all, wow, a KISS!!! In a CLAMP manga!! In the first chapter!?! CLAMP are completely going against their usual intimacy standards (for want of a better word)!! And one question CLAMP. If we are having a random kiss at the start of this series, HOW COME WE NEVER GOT TO SEE SAKURA AND SYAORAN KISS IN TSUBASA!?! OR CHI AND HIDEKI IN CHOBITS?!
And why is Hana randomly kissing this guy anywhy?!
And this guy himself I'm rather curious about too. Who is he? He makes me think a little of Fujimoto from Kobato in that top image. He's sort of cute ^^
And of course, Hana herself. God, I love this girl already. She's so beautiful and mysterious! I'm getting ever more curious about her. And she's got sort of cat-like eyes too.
And I love the look of the art for is series. Very pretty!
From these few scans alone, I've got to say that this new manga looks pretty good! I'm now almost dying with curiosity, and I really look foward to more scans and translations!
