That's actually the t-shirt that Kerin bought last night. "Weezer: Rocking the bitches since 1994." I opted for the "I've got a Weezer in my pocket...and I'm happy to see you!" Anyways, the show was fucking awesome!!! It was my third time seeing them and it was definitely the best show they've put on. In fact, it was probably the best concert I've ever been too...and that includes Live 8, Pearl Jam, Bon Jovi, and Bush. The Event Center at the Borgata is a small venue, so no matter where you were in the place you were still pretty close. I'll say we were about 20-30 feet away.
So yeah...there were these two people there that we met. The girl was tiny...shorter than Kerin. So the girl made friends with Kerin and would move her around to spots where they both could see (since it was packed (standing room only)). They were also both ridiculously drunk. Didn't find out until later on that the girl was 30 and her boyfriend was 29. I could have sworn that they were our age (I thought the girl was like 21). But they were cool people and that just added to the night.
It was a bitch getting out of, but after the show we met up with Joe Cicily. Then we went out to this bar by his house. It was pretty chill. By the time 12:30 came around me and Kerin weren't sure if we wanted to drive back (we were both still sober)...so Joe said we could crash at his house...so we ended up drinking more. All in all it ended up being a great night. I was still tired from last night that I didn't go out tonight (I know, I'm getting old).
