If I can recall my first music experience would be the likings of Bryan Adams, Belinda Carlise, and the blonde pianist Richard Claydeman. This music taste was mainly influence by my older siblings whom brought open my eyes to the world of music. At this time I myself did not own a single cassette tape but anxiously looked forward to that one glorious day.
My sister loved the works of Jeremy Jordan and Peter Andre which I thought were pretty good too but if only I could look into the future and realise how gay that made me looked. I was young and very foolish.
The day finally came where I wanted my first cassette tape and realise whom the artist was going to be... The artists were three brown haired kids by the names of Alvin, Simon and Theordore . I got my sister to splurge $5.00 to the little cd shop in Fitzgeralds in Launceston which is now called Harris Scarfe. The cassette were the "CHIPMUNKS". Thats right the chipmunks doing covers such as ROME IF you want to, and ICE ICE ALVIN to name a few...
