Update
So I was feeling nostalgic, and alzo it seems that livejournal is back...it was blocked for ages. I thought I'd post an update about life and things.
I have been working here in China for five years, and got married to a Chinese Woman in June. She was a graduate student in an English Literature class I was teaching, we ended up working at the same college (she taught the vo-tech students and I taught the English Majors) a few years later we got married.
-I have learned some Chinese although my Russian is still better...Chinese is very difficult. I can read a menu though...
-I currently teach at a High School, where I focus on TOFEL/SAT. It is my second year there. My wife and I both work there. We're starting the paperwork to return to the USA. The air pollution and political climate makes me feel unsafe...
