-Well it is certainly much larger than Korea. I can't get from one end of the country to the -other in 3 hours by bus, that's for sure...
-Food is pretty good, what I've had of it. I'm scraping by on my left over money as pay day is the END of this month, 26th. I've had to spend a bit more than I expected in Beijing Airport and Harbin. So I'm $100 short what I planned to be.
-I've changed the security setting to open so anybody can read this now. I may begin trying to blog china 'seriously' what ever that means.
-My thumb hurts today, not sure why.
-Work is pretty light, easier than Korea, that's for sure. The worst day is friday, which is a 6 hour teaching day. Yeah 6 hours of teaching is pretty rough no matter who/what/ the age group. I'll be picking up some overtime nextweek, which should see me looking both more busy and having more money.
-I'm not meeting anybody Chinese or otherwise. We (foreign staff) all live in a big dorm with MAID SERVICE and LAUNDERY for $15 a month. Oh and free lunch. Which is quite good. So it's hellish easy. If I had money I'd be going out every night, as my expenses average $4 a day. It's kind of sick.
-Anyway thats about it for now. Even my drunk stories are not exciting. Life here seems to be all about eating. They just EAT in China. It's like all they do. And think about it!
