Ever since the boys found out that enterprising fans figured out the song they were lip-syncing to in a split-second cut from one of the behind-the-scenes montages, they've gone pretty ridiculous in the public fanservice. And for my own journal's posterity, it was either this or the one with them on camera specifically requesting John Farnham's You're The Voice on radio. XDDDD:

And now, the five questions meme - with questions from
bravecows 1. You're only allowed to watch one TV series for the rest of your life. Which do you choose?
I can't choose! I'm fickle-minded, is what. What if I get bored? D: The first answer that came to my mind though, is Babylon 5, but maybe what you need in these kinds of cases are shallow viewing material, in which case, probably Friends. That's 10 seasons worth of pseudo-New Yorkers to go through. xD
2. You've mentioned wanting to do a Masters overseas before -- which subject and country would you choose, and why?
Media Studies and/or Political Communication. Basically, Political Science/International Relations with a focus on media and communication, and Europe is looking like a good bet. Partly because I'm feeling contrary to Malaysians's favourite destinations: US, UK and Australia. :D (and still bearing a grudge against fate for my financial inability to be at LSE despite my admissions. XD Is that irrational? Yes.)
3. Describe your daily make-up routine!
Lol, all right. At its most basic: under eye concealer, silk powder, eyebrow colour and lip balm. For work and most outings (in order): foundation, concealer (concealer first if it's powder foundation), blusher/bronzer, eyebrows, eyeliner, silk powder and lip balm (with lipstick when I remember to. Balm's more important simply because my lips get dry and wetting my lips do not make it better in the long run, hahaha). When I feel like it, eye colour. When I'm feeling really like it, mascara. I love colours, but I have those heavy-lidded, deep-set eyes, kinda like that Blair Waldorf person on GG, so I can't simply use too much because it'll actually make my eyes look smaller. For that reason, I value eyeliners more.
When I'm feeling dry with all that, I spritz some atomiser on my face.
That's essentially a lot of work for a 'natural' look, haha.
Two recommendations: Lumiere Mineral Makeup and Dejabu Fibrewig Mascara.
4. What was your primary and secondary school experience like?
Not too bad. Pretty average. I'm a blur person who did my own thing, but as long as I had my mates, I felt like I had a grand time. The surprise I had was years later when I found out that because we're all mostly blur space cadets who weren't too bothered with all those social stratification and did our own thing etc etc (probably!), we were considered one of the 'popular' kids.
hanishoney would probably recall that I nearly swerved my car into the ditch, I was that surprised.
Related to that, when I was alone in the my later secondary years because I was sent to MRSM, those years were more meh than before. It didn't help that I was an urban kid who spoke English comfortably in an environment of Malay-only kids, who despite the intention of the institution which is to 'develop' them, became screwy not just because of the pressure-cooker situation that is a boarding school model, but also with all the ketuanan Melayu and Islam indoctrination. I'd like to say that I didn't succumb, but I'd be lying. Heh.
5. Why is Chris Pine your Fantasy Boyfriend (TM)? :P
In lieu of an explanation, an anecdote from my lunch with
scaramouche:
"I have to say, I really like saying that. My Fantasy Boyfriend Chris Pine. It's such a silly title."
"How long do you think this one will last?">
"Ehhh, six months? Who knows? Iron Man's coming out soon, I'll probably swing back to RDJ."
XD. In all seriousness, from what I could glean from his interviews etc, he seems all right. What more can one ask for from a fantasy construct?
