Well, sorry I haven't updated lately, I've been pretty busy the past few days.
OMG I love the flutes!!!!!!!!!! You have no idea how much I appreciated that! It really boosted my spirits and gave me courage, knowing that there are so many people who love me!
Yesterday was pretty fun...it was a definite change, though, from what we usually do for competitions. I was actually super awake in the morning, even after yoga in the gym, which surprised me! I love doing the yoga thing!! Last year, my ponytail was in the way the whole time and I was really uncomfortable, but this year I was so relaxed! Heads up...Mike Nueville gives really good massages! lol He was the only person left since two certain people decided to abandon me...lol jk :0)...really, tho, he does...I had McDonald's for lunch, which was a big mistake because I got a stomachache and got kinda nauseous. It was still so yummy, though! lol I will never stop liking it! :0) OMG I loved watching states from last year! It was so cool and brought back so many memories...especially those of me on my flute instead of picc! I definitely didn't read the whole dateline and didn't know we were having a rehearsal, so I didn't bring a coat or sweatshirt or anything. So I got stuck with my mom's sweatshirt. It didn't even keep me warm at all, it was so windy. I sure had a blast playing Tetris on my phone, though. lol
Today was fun. After church, we got our pumpkins...thank goodness we didn't end up having to go to Kroger! (My mom wasn't sure if it was going to rain today or not, so that was a backup plan lol) I love my pumpkin! It's got the perfect pumpkin shape. Can't wait to carve it, especially since it will give me something to do during the next two weeks. Anyways, after we got pumpkins, we got some cider and donuts! YUMMY! :0) I haven't had any yet, but you can bet I will tonight! :0)
Tomorrow's my surgery and I just started freaking out about it today. It helps so much though, knowing that almost the whole state of Michigan is praying for me! I know the Lord will bring me through this. One of my favorite quotes in the whole world is, "If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it" How awesome is that! Btw, I will have internet access at the hospital...excuse me, hostipal, lol... so please keep me posted on everything! Well, I'm going to go get ready for tomorrow. I love you guys so much!! :0) :0) <3 :0) :0)
