(no subject)
i'm such a ditz :-P
i was looking for a polonaise that I KNEW i had but couldn't find for...five years, and i decided to totally take apart the shit in my closet and find it.
it only took about two hours :-P
of course, it took me an hour to portray to the kittens that they couldn't help me, so there's still another hour left.
the other hour was spent picking up all the pieces to a 3d puzzle that decided to spill all over the floor of the closet, figuring out what the hell i had in my closet, and then going to the farthest corner where i had all my 5th and 6th grade school stuff. there i found my music and....MY RECORDER!!! :-P haden't played that thing since fifth grade. Sooo, i ran downstairs, went to my piano, and re-figured out how to play it. Must've annoyed the hell out of my neigbors, but oh well. I still have problems playing middle c.
and today, i woke up at 1:30 and started re-reading the house of the seven gables. please don't ask me why. i have no clue why i'm doing it myself.
