So I'm glad I heard from Terri and Byron(who is actually in Round Rock) but I still need my Lindzuses. I am afraid to call because I think they have Verizon and they've been saying not to call cell phones unless it's an emergency, but I bet I can now. =/ I miss her.
I heard from my Granny and Pau Pau. Ironically, where they evacuated to got hit pretty badly as well, though not as badly as Port Arthur/Nederland/Beaumont/Port Neches/Groves, but they still have no electricity, gasoline, water, or sewage lines. They're out at their little camp and one of the dogs had a heat stroke. Granny said the thermometer in the shade said it was 102. Pau Pau just got out of the hospital for a stroke. I'm worried sick, but at least Fema brought them water and a little gasoline.
Some pretty great sentence structure in this here entry. I bet I sound like a fourth grader with the complexity of my work.
I'm going to hang out with Byron tonight most likely, considering that I haven't seen him since the last Nederland LAN Party I attended which was around this time last year. =[ So saaad! I've missed his quirky attitude on life as wall as just being around the boy.
The Stallings (Cathy, Rusty, and Drew Carter) got water damamge. Russ is back home doing his job with out clean running water or power. Ick.
Texas A&M College Station keeps calling me. I think if I go there, I'll be in the Corps and possibly the band. Yeah, I'm crazy, aren't I? But Mr. Hill, my favorite director, says that college band is awesome and perhaps even godly compared to high school band. If I do go to TAMU, my cousin Abby will be there as a senior and Jarred might be attending Graduate School. Meh. We'll see.
I have and Incomplete in Pre-cal! >< Mrs. Knippa needs to write me a note today saying that I will, in fact, pass her class. If not, I will quit band. I'm not going to waste all that time at rehersals sitting there. *evil laugh*
