It's a new DR started there is a requirement for the starter post for a thread to be at least 300 words, but only so you can set up a situation to play off of, after that the posts can be any length. Doubles of characters are fine, and it's not jsut strictly for those two fandoms, because the Mods don't mind as long as you're having fun. So far we have a few characters there but would love more people for them to interact with.
