I'm Back...
Ok, so it's been like a week and I'm tired. I just got back from my college hopping trip and I have some good and some bad news. First up, UF. Let me just say that the campus is fucking unbelievable. I definitely want to go there for sure. Now USF on the other hand, well its basically like a larger south fork if ya know what I mean. UM is very nice, but also very expensive. So now on to the bad news.
Straight from the deans of admission at UF, USF and UM To get in you basically need:
UF
SAT:1350-1400 (They don't even look at the essay on the new SAT)
GPA weighted: 3.9-4.0
At least 1 sport and 1 club
You have to have been in Honors or IB
And you have to be black, j/k.
UM
SAT:1150-1300 (They don't even look at the essay on the new SAT)
GPA weighted: 3.5-3.8
At least 1 club
And you have to have some $$$ to pay for it all
USF
SAT:1100-1250
GPA weighted: 3.2-3.5
Basically everyone in IB can go there.
Ok now that the college crap is out of the way let's move on to the other stuff that happened. In Tampa, I went on the Fucking awesome NEW roller coaster at Bush Gardens, the Shikra or however the hell you spell it. In St. Augustine I bought a case of delicious San Sebastian Wine and I bought 2 bottles of this new Blueberry wine they had.I would have bought more but at $25.00 a bottle, I had to cut back but that blueberry wine is possibly the best drink I have ever tasted. Seriously you gotta try some. I also took 6 rolls of film in St. Augustine, so now I'm waiting for it to be developed. When its done I'll post some pics. So Till Then...I'll be drinking a glass or two of some blueberry wine.
