I guess this is going to be an entry with a little bit of everything.
Soooo it's here!
It needs a name, though. My 'new' '99 green Cougar. V4, 5 speed, cd player. MMmm! It's taking me a bit to get used to driving a stick again, but I love it. The chick who owned it was really anal, so it's extremely clean and smells good. I'm kind of scared to like, do anything to it. She'll come back and yell at me or something if I mess it up.
I'm saving money like a good kid, but it's hard because there are so many good cds coming out. underOATH, CIWWAF, Rise Against, and possibly the reissues of Shai Hulud? I still need the AFI and Head Automatica cds, and I'm unfortunately being tempted to pick up some vinyl. Which is a hobby I don't need, but mmm! And concert tickets. Ozz and Warped are almost definitely a go.
Speaking of money, my boss has gone completely insane. That's all there is to it. She flipped out and started screaming at Sammy a while ago, and we had this cuhrazy meeting and basically everyone is mad at/scared of her so it's just 'smile and nod' all the time and hope she doesn't wig out on you. Bah. So I need warning before I try to get out of work, so if you're planning something give me warning so I can approach her from a safe distance. Or something.
(But Beatle's brother Will finished and is now Ch. Will, so that seems to have put her in a better mood. For now.)
And I have come to the conclusion that I have read almost everything I own about 57 million times, besides The Double Helix and What Mad Pursuit because I have never actually finished either of them. Plus, I don't have a library card. Well, I have one, but I haven't used it since I was little and I got a letter saying I had some overdue books, one of which was something about the joys of sex. So maybe I'll just get a new one and make it a multi-purpose adventure.
Finally, go Heat, go Hurricanes, boo to Mickelson being stupid.
