I made my friend come to the barn with me last Friday. I gave her my camera to take pictures of me riding, but apparently I forgot to tell her to use the zoom feature. Oops. Oh well, some of the pics came out really well, some didn't. Anyway, here is Bella. I've been riding her for about 2 months now, but she's not mine. She's a 3.5 year old Percheron/Paint, about 15.3 or 16 hands. Such a sweety, but lazy as crap. She was a PMU foal, but she is probably the best young horse I've ever ridden. She makes me want to rescue one.

She hasn't jumped yet, and won't for another 2 years or so, until we know she's done growing (her previous owner broke her at 2, which was probably WAY too early). Any suggestions on what discipline she'd best be suited for? She's completely bombproofed, and her owner does competitive trails with her othe horse. I think we are going to a hunter show in a few weeks, but I don't know how well we will do...

Oh, one quick thing. Does anyone else have problems with polos? I can never, for the life of me, get them even. Ugh.

Oh yeah, please ignore me. I know I look like crap. ;)

I have no idea what we were looking at.

See why I love her?
