Amber Sweet: (+) Fran's first love interest and not-girlfriend/almost-friends-with-benefits. She's been showing sexual interest in Fran for a couple of months now, and he sort of reciprocates that, but is unsure of how he feels on a more emotional level, outside of sort of considering her a friend. After asking What His Father Would Do (and probably getting the wrong answer) he declared their whatever-it-was-relationship on hold, and went off to sort things out. Dropped
Chrome Dokuro: (+) Fran's currently greater love interest and one of his gotta-look-out-for-these-people people. The part that confuses him the most is that while he knows for a fact that he likes Amber's body, he does not actually actively feel anything sexual for Chrome. She just seems too breakable. He finds the owl that's been hovering around her so much somewhat bizarre, and is silently entrusting it with protecting Chrome when he's not around.
Demyx: (=) Fran's guitar teacher. While Fran mostly considers Demyx to be an idiot, he acknowledges Demyx's musical talent as being greater than his own and finds Demyx to occasionally be a fun person. He just. . .doesn't respect him. And likes to make scathing comments to him.
Itachi Uchiha: (+) Fran's favorite professor. Because not only does Itachi fill in the role of surrogate father, but he gives Fran an ego boost. And is an illusionist. And stuff. Dropped
Luxord: (=) A professor that is rapidly jumping to the spot of favorite or second favorite. He's piked Fran's curiosity, and his laid-back attitude towards pranks is making Fran want to show off. And it's always kind of nice to get your muse back . . . .
Riku: (+) Fran doesn't actually really know Riku- he just knows of Riku. And what he's heard is enough to make him look up to/admire/observe him closely.
Bel: (-) A student that Fran despises for three reasons: The scars on his arms are entirely his fault, he was forced into a dress by him, and. . . he's completely snobby. It's mostly the dress that gets him though. He's not that girly, is he? Dropped
Ellis: (=) A nice guy. A nice guy who Karin knows very well. A nice guy who would probably be compatible with Karin (because Fran Says So). We have a shipper on board.
Karin: (+) Fran simultaneously looks up to Karin (look. she's a friggen' ninja) and wants to protect her (because she has bad taste in men. BAD. TASTE.) She's something of a big sister figure, and is one of the few people he's confided in over the course of his time at Estrasia. And here "few" means "one".
Zexion: (-) Is a threat to Fran's place as Number One illusionist, but otherwise a stranger. Since being partnered with Fran for a baby project, seems to be taking more interest in Fran, and they're formerly dormant feelings of DEEP AND UTTER HATRED are emerging.
Minus the deep and utter hatred.
Namine: (+) Fran thinks Namine's going to disappear if he's not careful with her. And that would be sad, because she seems like a good kid and doesn't deserve to disappear. Have you noticed that he's taken on a lifelong duty to protect the shy types?
Tidus: (-) An idiot. Furthermore, an idiot who thinks Fran's jealous of him. Not on Fran's good side. Dropped sob they had like one thread.
Lilith: (-) Another potential rival for Fran. They both know that the other is clever and knows it, and neither of them wants to back down from the challenge that imposes- not to mention that Fran thinks Lilith is hot. And stares at her ass when she's not looking. No. I'm dead serious, guys.
