you think you are fiercely independent, and that is cool but maybe when you have time for a completely normal bore like me you can break my heart, except that i'll get over it in like two seconds, because every time you piss me off and every time you hurt me, it only takes a few words for me to remember all the reasons i like you, and all the reasons we're best friends!
you are so beautiful, even though you have crooked teeth and sometimes your feet smell
i love you because you are the best wingman in the world, and i would trust you with my life, and you make everything an adventure, and you are compassionate and loyal and an all-around badass and you are just so cute when you are sleeping
and even though you talk like a hick and dress like a lesbian, i will always think you are the cutest boy in the world
and even though i have a lot of problems and you have a lot of problems and goshdarnit, why does everyone have so many problems? i still think that we could totally make it work in our studio apartment in mexico, with two cats named gunnlaug and frodi, if you can still stand me by then.
and even though you got me kicked out of my favourite bubble tea place, and you throw cheerios at me, and you hit on my mom, i still think you are amazing.
