Maybe I should rekindle this blog
I have not really stopped blogging. I just blog more in my other blog. More as in religiously. I neglected this account and this is supposed to be my very first blog.
I'm so mean. I'm just like one of those jerks who leaves his lover for a younger piece of ass. Actually, my other blog is supposed to be for my comic strip at the Philippine star wherein I just take an alter ego and just vent and bitch. But, turns out, I don't have an alter ego.
It's just me all along.
Anyway, I'm working on my comics now. This is my entry for the komikera compilation slated to be released in the upcoming komikon. It's Manila's version of the Comicon that will happen some time in October in my alma mater University of the Philippines Diliman. Komikera is a trio of female visual artists who paint walls with their comics and copy them into a smaller format (read:photocopied indies) to be sold for fundraising for paints in their future komikera projects.
This time, each of the komikeras asked five of their acquaintances to make a two-page contribution for their compilation. They invited filmmakers, sculptors, poet and a raging diva....I am honored to have been asked.

I just wish I would blog more but I have so many shit to do. Like by tonight, I have to finish the first chapter for my MA thesis. Frankly, I have some stuff but I am so Goddamned uninspired (read:lazy).
I will have to snap out of this later tonight.
