Yeah. This one popped into my head pretty much as soon as the other was written. I hesitated on it, because I like Billy and didn't want him to be the patsy, but it was too good to let go.

Rules the League with an iron hoof indeed...very chilling, Billy's in over his head, a fitting sequel to the first. The coldness of the voice - it's very effective, I like this a lot.
