This is the kind of bullshit e-mails I get from my Intro to Business prof...she helps run a chihuahua shelter...
I don’t remember which class I told it to, but I’d mentioned to one class that we had a woman who was DEMANDING to adopt a chi from New Orleans. She was repetitively e-mailing the Midwest coordinator for our national chi rescue group. I was saying how idiotic this was; there are always chis in need of homes and she just wants the smack of helping a flood victim.
And then guess what happens…our group gets 4 of them. And guess who’s going to get the one who now appears to have behavioral issues??
This has absolutely NOTHING to do with class, but I thought you students, especially in the class where we discussed this, would get a chuckle out of this. My current foster, Carli, is being adopted in 2 weeks, and I’ll be getting this one. Carli had behavioral issues too, as did the 2 I adopted…..CS
