Well, 2011 has been pretty great so far. Some bumpy parts, but nothing i can't overcome.

I am so very happy with my weight watchers journey. Down 12.2 pounds since January 1st. My diet and nutrition finally feel comfortable, and other than some hormonal cravings, I am really able to lose weight and eat what i'd like within moderation. I'd also like to mention that yourdeadlylove and justtietherope have been a total inspiration. Just having buddies on a similar journey makes all the difference. It makes it easier to hang out. I know that they can relate to any issues I may be experiencing.

So I'm having trouble deciding what workout program to do, here's the options, any feedback would be great:

Turbo Fire in full
ChaLEAN Extreme in full
Turbo Fire/ ChaLEAN Extreme hybrid.

The only issue im facing, is that im missing the extra discs for TurboFire and the hybrid requires them.

What do you think?

I'm also going to start making a concerted effort to update my progress on my twitter/facebook/blogspot/livejournal stuff. I think the incoming support will really help my progress.

I didn't forget about you kimber_3 ! Keep up the good work on Turbo, come over and do the program with me, and bring Walter's girlfriend Shay. I need to get my backyard fenced so we can stick them out there while we work out!
