Managers that can't manage
Why oh why is it the case that people in positions of seniority at work seem to be incapable of making any kind of meaningful decision? They fanny around with elaborate team plans full of management bullsh*t, but when it comes to doing anything of substance i.e anything to do with the actual day-to-day running of the place, they come up short. I honestly think I could do a better job! Ah well, not to worry. Donated blood for the first time yesterday - no ill-effects noted but I was chagrined to learn that it will take 8 weeks til my body is back to running at full corpuscle-capacity. 8 weeks!!!! That's rubbish!! My spleen had better pull its finger out and get on with ethryopoeisis ( had to ask a vet chum for that one)
