Almost Done.....
Well, I guess it has been a long time since I last updated. I have been very busy with school. I had to give a 50 minute theory presentation yesterday....most of my time over the past month has been spent working on that. So, not that the presentation is over, I can start another presentation that I have to give on May 12. Wednesday is my last day of classes....can't wait to be done for the summer! I have also been subbing 2 days a week. I don't really like the school, but I need the money. I can't wait till next Friday because I will be done tutoring...hopefully forever. I applied for a part-time band position at a college prep. school for next year. The person I talked to seemed very interested. I faxed my resume and letters yesterday afternoon, so hopefully I will hear back soon. Brian got a new job for the fall. It is a lot closer to where we live. It will be nice not hearing the alarm going off at 5:30am so he can leave for work by 6. I guess we are planning on leaving here on June 5. I think we are bringing a friend of mine home to Tennessee....it will add 2 more hours on the trip, but it will be another person to split gas and hotels with. It has been very hot here....in the mid-90's.....and don't believe it if someone tells you that it is a dry heat, because it is not!!! Anyway, I guess that is it for now. Hope everyone is doing well!
